You are invited to help Capn Dex sail the  42 ft Bavaria yacht Nanaia for one or two weeks off the Heel of Italy or round the beautiful Greek islands of the Ionian Sea during the summer of 2010.  As a small non commercial venture there is no fee, though a contribution towards the boat’s upkeep and maintenance would be expected.  Ideal for anybody seeking practical sailing experience in a sunny and friendly environment.  Group and Family bookings welcome. 
 
Nanaia will be based at Brindisi Italy throughout June and July 2010, to allow sailing along the delightful coast associated with the heel of Italy, and at Cleopatra Marina, near to Preveza airport throughout September and October 2010 to enable sailing the islands of the Ionian sea. 
 
An enjoyable way of building confidence between flotilla sailing and buying your own boat, in great company, enjoyable swimming stops and evening restaurants.

  • Sunday turn round at Brindisi marina for those sailing in Italy .
  • 15 mins from Preveza airport.  Pick up by minibus. For those sailing in Greece
  •  Suggested itineraries are included but these can be tailored to suit individual groups

      Nanaia:

      • Sleeps six people comfortably in three cabins.  (Capn Dex occupies the 4th).  Whole boat reservations preferred but three separate weeks have been set aside for individual bookings.
      • Two bathrooms with hot and cold showers.
      • Large cockpit with swimming platform and shower.
      • Bedding provided.
